This course offers a condensed review of risk management, with a specific focus on operational, credit and market risks. The course also covers risk oversight and corporate governance. A longer version of the material is offered in the CISI Risk in Financial Services eLearning course, which explores risk regulation and enterprise risk management as well as investment, liquidity and model risks with a focus on financial services.

This course is ideal for anyone interested to understand the basics of risk management in financial services, including professionals who are beginning their career in financial services or existing non-risk professionals working in financial services.

It is also suitable to those pursuing regulatory CPD in Financial Regulation (such as the FCA etc).

Training Method

The course is offered fully online using a self-paced approach. The learning units are based on video-led material. Learners may start, stop and resume their training at any time.

At the end of the training, participants take a Quiz to complete their learning and earn a Certificate of Completion.
